The OKI Pro colour label printer + large roll unwinder + Mini 150 mm wide label finisher.
The OKI Pro colour label printer has the heat fused dry tone print method for printing colour labels with a very high durability. It is unique in that it prints multicolour but also prints white, useful when printing onto clear labels as well as pre-coloured label media.
The Mini 150mm label finisher is able to cut, trip and wind to finished rolls any shape or size labels up to mm wide. It can optionally add a clear laminate to labels before cutting so to make extreme durable labels when needed.
Label materials available as plain low cost slit rolls include gloss, satin and mat paper and gloss, satin and mat pp as well as sliver and clear pp and other no-coated textured paper types like for wine bottles and crafted products for example. The OKI Pro has a maximum media infeed roll width of 130mmm and the Mini Finisher need a 7mm waste border to be able to strip the matrix after printing so the maximum finished labels with is 116 mm.
The system can print and finish narrower labels by printing several across the width whereupon the Mini Finisher is able to slit the labels streams to process / finish wind several rolls at once. The Mini Finisher has the option to laminate labels before cutting to size or shape this is very useful for making labels with a 'belt and braces' durability.
