We have a team of product specialists on hand to provide training in the use of our label printing and apply equipment. Installation and training may be provided on-site at your works as well as by remote internet connection.
Extended warranty may be available for your product or can be provided.
SUPPORT IN CASE OF BREAKDOWN
Got a problem with your label printer or applicator? KTEC operate an in-house technical support helpdesk and service workshop. Our support operatives have over 20 years of combined experience with supporting label printing equipment and software and will always go that extra mile to resolve any problems you may be experiencing.
To qualify for our free technical support service you must ideally meet at least one of the following criteria:-
- You are a new customer who has recently purchased equipment or software from KTEC.
- You are an existing customer who has purchased goods from KTEC and the equipment is under warranty.
- You are in the process of evaluating KTEC products and require assistance.
Customers who do not fit these categories may still be able to obtain assistance however you may be asked to pay a small fee before you are put through to our helpdesk.

We use TeamViewer to provide remote assistance to our customers, this allows us to take control of your computer when helping with software related problems.
