From Primera Technology the AP360e, AP362e and AP380e semi-automatic label applicators make it fast and easy to apply pressure-sensitive labels to bottles, cans, jars, tubes and many other cylindrical and tapered containers. Up to 1200 containers per hour is possible and more with the AP380 high speed version. Labels are applied straight, without wrinkles or folds. This gives finished products a highly professional look and significantly increases the number of containers that can be labelled per hour versus manually applying labels.
Operation is simple: set the guides, place the container in the mechanism, press the footswitch and the label is applied. A wide range of products can be labelled, including wine, water, beer, spirits and other beverages, sauces, nutriceuticals, vitamins, cosmetics, bath and spa products, spices, specialty foods, health and beauty care, oils, lotions, fragrances, chemicals, paint and much more.
The AP360e is the base model and applies labels to the front of containers or wraps the label it dos not stop rotating between packages so for maximum output speed. The AP362e is an advanced model that includes front or front and back as well as wrap labelling with variable spacing, memory for up to nine container sizes, and a counter with built-in LED display. The AP362e stops rotating between each item so that if desired items can be positioned so as to apply a label to cover over badly printed items or if the item like a wine bottle shall already have one label then a second labels can be applied. The AP360e and AP362e label applicators are ideal for use with the Primera LX and CX series colour label printers, but they are also suitable for use with any die-cut label printer including thermal transfer printers, colour inkjet label printers, laser label printers and flexo (press) printed labels.
The AP380 is higher speed and with a neat waste rewind.

WARRANTY
| This Primera product is supplied with a 12 month return-to-base parts and labour warranty. The option to incease the warranty to a total of 24 months free of charge is offered subject to the customer registering the product with Primera immediately following purchase (details provided with product). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to KTEC's workshops for repair under warranty. The provision of a loan printer for the period of any repairs is not covered by this warranty. The warranty is not an "on-site" service. On-site service options are available at additional cost. |
