The STS automatic label applicator applies self-adhesive labels from a roll onto almost any product with an accurate repeatable position. It can apply labels to awkward shaped bottles, jars, pouches, boxes, production items and more. The easy clean stainless steel construction makes it ideal for food item labelling.
The item to be labelled is held between side guides or its possible to quickly make a holder to match the shape of the product so the labels is applied square to the product or ay 90 degrees rotation as needed.
The label roll mounted on the back can be preprinted or the labels printed on one of our colour label roll printers so you can be in full control of colour label print and apply to your products.
The STS810 includes an Ultrasonic label gap sensor to ensure reliable detection of the label gaps to ensure accurate label placement every time.
The height of the apply head is adjustable to take a wide range of products types.
It's possible to apply one label to each product or as front and back label on opposite faces.
