Do you have a used label roll printer purchased from us, a type we support and sell, and want to upgrade it to a new model?
Some manufacturers like Primera / DTM offer a discount when existing customers want to upgarde.
In any event so long as we sold the printer then KTEC offer to have the old machine back into our workshops for a clean and repair as needed, then we will offer to sell it for you for cash back.
Depending on condition we can usually achieve say 50% of the original purchase value / current day new price for that model.
We will issue an RMA number to put on the machine when sending it to our workshops.
The printer should be packed well to avoid shipping damage and if possible in its original packing box and inserts adds value for the sale.
