Ribbon Save Upgrade: This optional ribbon save module is useful when printing large labels which only have a small amount of print on them, it stops the ribbon while the non-printed part of the label passes. EX4T1 only.

Peel-and-Present upgrade: This optional peel-and-present module for the EX4T1 allows the printer to automatically peel the printed labels off the backing paper and present them to the user for easy picking. EX4T1 only.

Rotary Cutter upgrade: Allows the printer to separate the labels by cutting them in the gap as they emerge from the printer. The rotary nature of the cutter allows this cutting to take place at high speed. EX4T1 only.

Swing Cutter upgrade: Allows the printer to separate the printed labels by cutting them in the gap as they emerge from the printer. The printer will pause briefly between each label to make the cut.

Parallel Interface upgrade: Adds a parallel centronix port to the back of the printer for connection with older computers and legacy systems. This upgrade is compatible with both the EX4T1 and EX4T2 series printers.

RS-232 Serial Interface upgrade: Adds an RS-232 serial port to the back of the printer for connection with older computers and legacy systems. This upgrade is compatible with both the EX4T1 and EX4T2 series printers.
