Create labels to include text, pictures, symbols, logos and barcodes plus auto-updating best before dates, simple serial numbering and the ability to prompt users for variable information at print time. BarTender 10 Professional features all the design features of BarTender Basic plus additional support for external database connectivity and scripting. Connect label templates to product databases (MS Excel, Access etc) cutting down on label design time and automating the label printing process. Link label templates to third party applications including SAP (native), Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and any applications with ODBC or OLE DB support. Use Visual Basic scripting to achieve complex goals and further automation (prior knowledge of Visual Basic programming is required in order to use this aspect of BarTender). Licensing is based on the number of users, with unlimited number of printers.
