|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling The delivery time shall not be the essence of the contract. The seller will maintain reasonable efforts to ensure delivery dates requested, but shall not be liable for lateness in delivery.|
Delivery time is subject to the items ordered being in stock. Items that are out of stock will be delivered at the earliest opportunity.
Goods may be delivered by hand, delivery vehicle, or contracted carrier and as such delivery documentation may or may not be available at the time of delivery. It remains the buyers responsibility to inform the seller of any shortages or damage within one working week of the delivery such that corrective action can be instigated.
|Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order on a next working day basis (Mon to Fri excluding bank holidays) subject to stock and availability. We will usually inform you if your goods are out of stock.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|
|Guarantee All of our electrical products come with at least a 12 month return-to-base parts & labour warranty. On certain products an extended 24 month warranty period is available. This extended warranty is subject to the customer registering the product with the manufacturer within 3 months of purchasing and installing the product. Failure to do this will result in the product being covered by a standard 12 month warranty. If the product is a consumable product (for example an ink cartridge), then it is covered by a limited warranty. This limited warranty will expire with respect to the product as soon as the consumable part of the product (for example, the ink) has been partly or totally consumed.|

|Returns Policy CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations during a contract can only be accepted on the condition that the costs that may already have been incurred are charged for and paid for under the seller's normal payment terms.|
REFUNDS & CREDITS: Refunds will only be given against faulty goods. Goods manufactured specifically for the buyer are non-returnable unless faulty. Other goods may be returned for credit (at discretion of seller) but will be subject to a 15% admin/handling/restocking charge.
