KTEC Group provide free expert technical support to all regular customers. Please send an e-mail to support@ktecgroup.co.uk.

Alternatively please call us on 01527 529 713 during normal office hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm). Please note that the technical support help desk is closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm and is not available at weekends, on bank holidays or during the Christmas period.

If you are not an existing customer, or you have not purchased from us for some time then you may be required to pay an administration fee before support can be provided.
